Yohan Leblond

Financial Planner

Yohan is originally from the lower Saint-Lawrence region, more specifically Rivière-Trois-Pistoles. He began his studies at Cégep de Rimouski in 2009, completing a technical diploma in business management followed by a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in financial services, at Université Laval. He also completed the IQPF personal training course leading to the Financial Planner designation. 

Yohan joined IG Wealth Management immediately after his studies in 2015. He and his team joined IG Private Wealth Management in December 2021. Yohan has a gift for developing strong and lasting interpersonal relationships. 

On a more personal note, he loves to travel and discover new regions of the world.  His second passion is gastronomy, culinary and entertainment arts.

Jean-David Banville

Financial Planner

Jean-David is originally from Sainte-Anne-des-Monts in the Gaspé peninsula. He joined the IG Private Wealth Management team in 2015 after completing studies in financial services at Université Laval. That same year, he earned his Financial Planner designation from the Institute Québécois de Planification Financière. 

Jean-David is very involved in his community. He sits on a number of boards, including the Executive Board of the Literary and Historical Society of Quebec, and is President of the Fondation Santé Haute-Gaspésie.

In his spare time, you can find him on a skating rink or soccer field, having played these sports competitively throughout his school career. He loves to chat with you about history and architecture, but also about his latest and greatest passion, being the father of twins.

Erika Morey

Financial Planner

Erika completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, while working in the service and hospitality industry.  She then pursued with enthusiasm the world financial services at the bank and made the leap to IG Wealth Management in 2016 as a financial advisor.  Her personalized approach to financial planning and passion for developing roadmaps to reach your goals and dreams with attention to detail allowed her to develop strong long-term and valued relationships with clients. 

Always wanting to deepen her expertise, she earned her Financial Planner designation from the IQPF and joined the team of Yohan Leblond and Jean-David Banville as an associate and practice manager in 2023. 

A lover of discovering new parts of the world, culture, and experiences, you will often find here planning a trip and listening to a podcast at sunrise on Mont-Royal with her loyal golden retriever Bo. Having grown up a competitive athlete, Erika loves to stay active with swimming, yoga, running and working on new personal challenges.

Gabriel Harvey

Associate
Originally from Montreal's North Shore, Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Finance from HEC Montréal. During his studies, he gained experience as a credit analyst at Desjardins, where he later transitioned to a role as a Personal Finance Advisor after graduating in 2022. Having successfully passed the first level of the CFA exam this summer, he is currently studying for the second of three exams required to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, reflecting his dedication to the financial field and his particular interest in investment.
 
On a more personal note, Gabriel is passionate about travel. He embarked on a memorable sailing trip along the East Coast of the United States to the Bahamas, an experience that broadened his horizons and deepened his adventurous spirit. Outside of work, he is also a sports enthusiast, with a particular love for golf and pickleball.

Sylvie Rousseau

Administrative assistant

Sylvie is from of St-Jean-de-Dieu in the lower Saint-Lawrence. She graduated from Cégep de Rimouski in 1981 with a diploma in administrative techniques (finance option). She also obtained an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Financial Services from Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup in 1999. Sylvie has 38 years' service with the Caisses Desjardins, where she began her career in 1983. She retired from the financial cooperative movement in August 2021, and has been working with our team since September of the same year. With her usual smile and good humour, Sylvie provides administrative and transactional support to our clients. In her spare time, you'll find Sylvie in her kitchen, her garden or on a sunny beach during the winter months.

Cynthia Beaulieu

Client Experience Coordinator

Cynthia was born in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Gaspésie, and grew up in Cabano Témiscouata. She studied at the Cégep de Rimouski in Office Automation, Micropublishing and Hypermedia Techniques - an exceptional training program that enabled her to acquire a vast array of knowledge and skills, in both the administrative and creative fields.

After working for a few years in the healthcare network, she turned to philanthropy, a sector in which she poured heart into for 9 years. She entered this world in 2015 at the Children's Wish Foundation, first as Administrative Assistant, then as Communications and Development Advisor, and moved over to the Espace pour la vie Foundation in 2020, as Operations Coordinator. Philanthropy has been much more than just a profession for Cynthia. It has been a true vocation, an inexhaustible source of inspiration and motivation. 

In 2023, Cynthia joined the Leblond, Banville team at IG Private Wealth Management, as Client Experience Coordinator. Always driven by the desire to make a positive contribution to the community, and make a real difference in people's lives, while respecting their values, interests, and aspirations, as well as ensuring that all this endures for future generations, joining IG was an obvious choice.
