Yohan Leblond
Yohan is originally from the lower Saint-Lawrence region, more specifically Rivière-Trois-Pistoles. He began his studies at Cégep de Rimouski in 2009, completing a technical diploma in business management followed by a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in financial services, at Université Laval. He also completed the IQPF personal training course leading to the Financial Planner designation.
Yohan joined IG Wealth Management immediately after his studies in 2015. He and his team joined IG Private Wealth Management in December 2021. Yohan has a gift for developing strong and lasting interpersonal relationships.
On a more personal note, he loves to travel and discover new regions of the world. His second passion is gastronomy, culinary and entertainment arts.
Jean-David Banville
Jean-David is originally from Sainte-Anne-des-Monts in the Gaspé peninsula. He joined the IG Private Wealth Management team in 2015 after completing studies in financial services at Université Laval. That same year, he earned his Financial Planner designation from the Institute Québécois de Planification Financière.
Jean-David is very involved in his community. He sits on a number of boards, including the Executive Board of the Literary and Historical Society of Quebec, and is President of the Fondation Santé Haute-Gaspésie.
In his spare time, you can find him on a skating rink or soccer field, having played these sports competitively throughout his school career. He loves to chat with you about history and architecture, but also about his latest and greatest passion, being the father of twins.
Erika Morey

A finance graduate from Concordia University and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) professional, she offers a human-centered, rigorous, and deeply personalized approach.
As co-founder of the She Invests in Her initiative, Erika has developed a unique support framework that connects financial autonomy to physical and mental well-being. Her approach fosters clear conversations grounded in her clients’ values, transforming complexity into accessible and aligned strategy.

Passionate about swimming and all forms of movement, personal growth, and long walks in nature with her golden retriever Bo, Erika believes that our relationship with money mirrors our relationship with ourselves. She’s also actively involved in initiatives that promote financial literacy, sports, and self-confidence among women and youth.
Gabriel Harvey
Sylvie Rousseau
Sylvie is from of St-Jean-de-Dieu in the lower Saint-Lawrence. She graduated from Cégep de Rimouski in 1981 with a diploma in administrative techniques (finance option). She also obtained an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Financial Services from Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup in 1999. Sylvie has 38 years' service with the Caisses Desjardins, where she began her career in 1983. She retired from the financial cooperative movement in August 2021, and has been working with our team since September of the same year. With her usual smile and good humour, Sylvie provides administrative and transactional support to our clients. In her spare time, you'll find Sylvie in her kitchen, her garden or on a sunny beach during the winter months.
Cynthia Beaulieu
Cynthia was born in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Gaspésie, and grew up in Cabano Témiscouata. She studied at the Cégep de Rimouski in Office Automation, Micropublishing and Hypermedia Techniques - an exceptional training program that enabled her to acquire a vast array of knowledge and skills, in both the administrative and creative fields.
After working for a few years in the healthcare network, she turned to philanthropy, a sector in which she poured heart into for 9 years. She entered this world in 2015 at the Children's Wish Foundation, first as Administrative Assistant, then as Communications and Development Advisor, and moved over to the Espace pour la vie Foundation in 2020, as Operations Coordinator. Philanthropy has been much more than just a profession for Cynthia. It has been a true vocation, an inexhaustible source of inspiration and motivation.
In 2023, Cynthia joined the Leblond, Banville team at IG Private Wealth Management, as Client Experience Coordinator. Always driven by the desire to make a positive contribution to the community, and make a real difference in people's lives, while respecting their values, interests, and aspirations, as well as ensuring that all this endures for future generations, joining IG was an obvious choice.
Garine Yazejian
With 20 years of experience in customer service across various industries, Garine decided in 2019 to pivot her career toward the world of finance and insurance. She began this new chapter at Manulife — a strong introduction to the industry — before joining, in 2022, a company and a team that truly align with her personal values with IG Wealth Management.
Garine joined our team in May 2025 as Executive Assistant. Known for her organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail, she is committed to delivering a professional, seamless, and enjoyable experience for both our clients and her colleagues.
Outside of work, Garine is a devoted mom to two lovely boys who bring joy and a lot of love to her everyday life. Music keeps her going — whether she’s cleaning, baking, or commuting, there’s always a playlist playing in the background.
